Which class should I take?
Beginner - Bridge classes are for skaters new to the ice. Included is 30 minutes of instruction provided for Basic Skills through beginner freestyle and 30 minutes of supervised practice. The skater is tested every 6-8 weeks and advances through Basic Skill Levels 1-8, then continues with Bridge freestyle, Levels 1-6. In addition to classes, a skater can choose to take private lessons from an HSSTA sanctioned instructor.
Adult Class is for skaters ages 13+ who want to get started with Basic Skills and progress through Bridge Freestyle. It's never too late to learn!
Tots Class is specifically for children ages 3-5 years old. It allows them to learn the basic skating skills and allows the younger skater the opportunity to become comfortable on the ice.
